Helping your family one moment at a time!

Fast forward to today, and I’ve now coached hundreds of families around Southern New Hampshire on child education, developmental milestones and challenges they face.

I have taken on a variety of roles in my career including teaching children ages infants to kindergarten, being a child care center director and supporting the Early Education field through quality development. For more than 20 years, I have guided teachers, children and families through challenges big and small.

As a postpartum doula, I continue to support families as they navigate through the transition of their new little one’s arrival. A postpartum doula is there to help a new family in those first days and weeks after a new baby arrives. Services include, but are not limited to, help with self-care recovery, postpartum comfort measures, infant care, parenting information and assistance with learning to feed and take care of your baby, as well as other practical services. These services may last anywhere from a few days to a few months.

I hold a BS in Early Childhood Education and credentials through the NH Early Childhood Professional Development System with endorsements in Infant & Toddler Development, Individual Mentor, Program Consultant and Workshop Trainer. I enjoy training early education teachers in what typical child development, quality environments and culturally diverse family care looks like. Additionally, I am trained through DONA International as a postpartum doula and love to nurture the connections of families who are welcoming in a new addition.

Postpartum is forever... and for a parent, nothing else matters if life at home isn't working! When we start approaching family wellbeing and self care in a really holistic way, everything changes.

I live in Southern New Hampshire with my husband and 3 growing children & we enjoy counting our chickens, cooking up a storm or exploring outside to find a new adventure. You may also find me on the roller derby track in my spare time.
